DescriptiongoHomePort Repairs is hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator to play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing business development and marketing initiatives focused on increasing brand awareness and immediate/strategic revenue generation.

ResponsibilitiesThis is a hybrid position that will involve some WFH days as well as local travel to our storage and repair sites and third-party businesses in the recreation industry including but not limited to campgrounds, retail/parts stores, RV dealerships, storage locations, etc. This is a hands-on role that will require a self-starter who can build business cases for new areas of opportunity and execute both the strategic and tactical details. While this is not an exhaustive list, here are the primary areas of responsibility:

Business Development:

Develop, implement, and lead local market research for new and existing locations to determine audience, advertising opportunities, conversion behavior, etc. This role will focus on increasing our effective penetration with current storage customers and expanding our partnerships with warranty providers and insurance companies. Leveraging data insights to optimize program strategies, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders is essential.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, vendor partners, outdoor enthusiasts, storage site owners, city officials, etc. You will act as a brand ambassador and serve as a primary point of contact for communication, feedback, and collaboration as we expand within established and new communities in Colorado. This role will also take the lead on networking at tradeshows and other industry-related events.

Marketing Content:

You will take the lead on social media/content creation for various marketing needs. This would include physical on-site marketing as well as design execution for digital marketing in partnership with the centralized marketing team.

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in marketing, brand ambassador, or similar role preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, including coordinating timelines, logistics, and promotional activities.Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.A positive 'can do' attitude and ability to complete work within expected deadlines.Must be able to pass background screening prior to employment, and we promote a drug-free work environment.Familiarity with Adobe Suite is a plus.
