What You Will Do

  • Analyze healthcare cost and utilization data using spreadsheets and databases
  • Review, organize and analyze statistical data
  • Drafting client communications
  • Assisting with research projects
  • Work towards ASA designation


What We Are Looking For

Professional Qualifications

  • 0-2 Years of relevant experience
  • At least two Society of Actuaries exams passed
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel
  • SQL knowledge a plus
  • SAS knowledge a plus


Personal Qualifications

  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Location

  • Candidates hired into this role will be expected to work in-person in the New York City, NY or Atlanta, GA office on a 40% basis, but flexible work arrangements will be considered.


Compensation

  • The salary range for this role, including locations in NY state but outside of New York City, is $56,000 - $117,000, and the New York City salary range is $72,000 - $117,000. Both ranges are dependent upon a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
