As a Corporate Account Manager, you will spearhead the implementation process and maintain involvement throughout the life of the agreement(s) between Magid and the customer to insure we meet and/or exceed the terms defined within each contract. The client accounts handled are typically larger, more complex, and require a proven competency in strategic sales planning and execution, change management, and relationship management. You will develop, maintain, and grow relationships by developing and implementing strategic solutions for the customer, provide ongoing assessment of customer analytics including purchase history, procurement tendency reporting, and cost savings. This is NOT a sales role.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned client project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Leads implementation and onboarding new corporate clients
  • Acts as liaison between company, customers, and vendors
  • Ensures corporate account compliance to contract specifications
  • Facilitates quarterly business reviews
  • Recommends and tracks cost savings solutions
  • Maintains corporate account relationships


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer relationship management experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Strategic selling and sales management support experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity internally and within Customer's facility
  • Ability to manage project/process management
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time by plane or vehicle.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.


This is a salaried position working a Hybrid workweek schedule of 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Magid is located in Romeoville (IL).
