What You Will Do:
  • Contributes to profit center production goals including loans, deposits, and assets under management; individual annual production goal for loans and deposits, plus referrals to other product groups, to be assigned in conjunction with the annual office sales goals.
  • Responsible for identifying and introducing new clients to the firm.
  • Manages commercial and industrial construction and real estate deals.
  • Facilitates and structures loan requests for new and existing client relationships in compliance with Credit and pricing guidance, with coordination from Credit Analysts and Loan Associates.
  • Manages loans through the application, approval and closing process by acting as a liaison between lending team and support groups.
  • Reviews and releases underwriting and analysis for new loans from Credit Analysts to Senior Relationship Banker, prior to approval.
  • Ensures new client onboarding is completed.
  • Monitors and administrates loan portfolios including borrowing bases, covenant tracking, collateral exceptions, loan documentation, loan requests, and annual loan reviews.
  • Knowledge of complex cash flow and credit analysis, appraisal policy, and collateral, including borrowing bases and performance triggers.
  • Learns from other financial professionals' expertise in wealth planning, investment management, trust and depository services, and then applies this comprehensive knowledge to further develop client portfolios.

What You Bring:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills
  • Experience working with banking and credit software
  • Experience with CRM preferred
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • High initiative and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to organize, prioritize and multi-task, self-starter

Pay Range: $93,000 - $130,000/YR

Job Classification: Full-Time Exempt
