Job Overview

As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing advertising partnerships with select food suppliers. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with limited oversight.

Key Responsibilities:Manage supplier campaigns and revenuesBuild strategic campaign recommendations based on suppliers' business goals and marketing objectivesDrive the end-to-end creative process between suppliers and our creative teamManage proposal templates and taggingPartner with campaign management on activation, trafficking, and optimizationsProvide frequent communication and updates to clients and internal stakeholdersWork closely with Measurement & Analytics to ensure reporting accuracyShare actionable insights and recommendations to support suppliers' strategiesSupport monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and deliveryWork cross-functionally to drive strong results for suppliersMentor senior campaign managers and junior associatesDay-to-Day Tasks:

Collaborate with sales and cross-functional partners to develop proposalsOversee campaign timelines for on-time launchDeliver campaign performance updates and final resultsMaintain client relationships and identify growth opportunitiesLead campaign kick-off meetings with clientsRequired Skills and Qualifications:

Four-year college degreeExperience building media plansExcellent follow-through and accountability across teamsDetail-oriented project management skillsStrong analytical and quantitative skillsAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skillsPresentation and cross-company collaboration abilitiesCapability to work proactively under pressure and handle multiple ad hoc requestsStrategic thinking to influence supplier investmentsTeam Structure

You will be part of the Operations & Client Services department. Your immediate account team will include a Sales partner, Campaign Manager, Measurement Insights specialist, Search Performance Manager, and Creative partners.

Work Environment

Hybrid role with a minimum of 1 day per week in-office, up to 5 days as your schedule allowsFull-time position (40 hours per week)No expected overtimePotential for assignment extension beyond the initial 13-week period

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $55/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
