Key Responsibilities: Develop automated testing procedures to ensure software meets established quality standards and guidelines Prepare data sets to test logic, error handling, and system workflows Create and maintain quality assurance testing library for functional, integration, and regression testing Document testing in accordance with required procedures/framework Identify test environments, dependencies, constraints, prioritizing test cases and scheduling time for the testing Report defects or poor performing results to the development team while also identifying and recommending solutions, improvements, and updates Work directly with software developers to analyze and ensure corrections are resolved to meet approved specifications/requirements Draft and execute automated test scripts and work with automation developers to create and improve automated tests Identify areas for test improvement through analysis, experience, and use of metrics Promote, contribute, and deliver on continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to supporting Agile and DevOps implementation activities Manage QA test environmentsPay $50-55/hrWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & ExperienceQualifications and Experience: Experience with Playwright 2-5 years of technical experience in a software quality engineering function Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps, GIT, MS Power Apps, Selenium, Swagger, Postman, SQL Understanding of SDLCs including Agile, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance practices and policies Understanding and functional knowledge of SQL databases Ability to prioritize and work on concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints, and communicate risk and challenges while accepting change in shifting priorities based upon changing company needs Ability to succinctly communicate test results, question unclear expectations, and suggest improvement in both technical and user-friendly manner Strong system testing and troubleshooting skills Experience testing applications across different browand form factors Experience with SDLC management through agile methodologies Experience writing reusable test cases with Microsoft Azure DevOps test management tool Experience with API Validation/Testing Experience writing SQL queries for backend data validation and test data creation Knowledge of performance and security vulnerability testing is a plus Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
