About the role:

PDQ Workholding is seeking an IT Coordinator who will be responsible for the overall overseeing and coordination of maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of the organization's company-wide network infrastructure, cybersecurity and external threat initiatives, PC hardware and peripherals, and establishes IT governance and policies based on the parent company's organizational strategy.

This role will be based at our site in Columbia City, Indiana, and will require travel 25% travel to sites in Wisconsin and North Carolina.

Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment, and devices.Administer end-user equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.).Provides technical support for a variety of complex applications and systems, including Production IT needs.Inventory and life-cycle management of IT assets throughout the organization.Can administer Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, MS365 solutions.Responsible for overall IT infrastructure (servers, network, PCs, peripherals).Provides monitoring and support of server and backup administration for localized and cloud-based resources.Ensures network connectivity throughout LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.Monitor system performance and implement performance turning.Works with internal and external entities (3rd party vendors) on technology projects and initiatives.Provides multi-tier IT support for IT users.Supports 75 -150 user environment across multi-sites.Oversee, maintain and support multi-site facilities in Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Indiana.Reviews, evaluates, and makes recommendations of hardware and software configurations in support of both internal and event systems.Ensures proper access controls are in place for the protection of organization data.Actively monitors and establishes action for IT system vulnerabilities and cybersecurity requirements.Actively participates and assists in development, monitoring, and testing of organization's disaster recovery plan.Creates and maintains IT documentation and IT Policies.Maintains working relationships with parent company, sister companies, and internal Management.Establishes role as the IT point of contact and resource for the parent company and related company entities to execute company-wide IT strategies and initiatives.Willingness to travel within the region (to PDQ sites in Wisconsin & North Carolina): 25%Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by Management, to ensure the effective utilization of the organization's resources and to ensure customer satisfaction.Your background and profile:

Associates of Applied Sciences in computer related field; Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.2+ years of experience in IT coordination or a related field.Strong project management and organizational skills in which attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects on time is essential.Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to navigate organizations to build relationships and garner support; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication skills and situational adaptability; capable of clearly conveying company standards and the ability to explain technology to stakeholders across all levels of technical familiarity.Ability to work independently and efficiently; exercise initiative, resourcefulness, and good judgement.Flexible and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work flexible and irregular hours that may vary due to functions and may include day, evening, weekends, and holidays as event calendar or deadlines dictate.Technical expertise to include:

Networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless APs, etc.).Internet and fiber connections.IP protocol, VLANs, DHCP, and DNS.Knowledge of wireless technologies.Servers, PC clients, and peripherals.Overall IT frameworks and infrastructures.Microsoft Azure, MS365, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows 10+, ERP, backup solutions.VoIP (Voice over IP) phone systems.IT documentation and policy creation.Knowledge of data center operations to include, but not limited to:General design and layout to include racks, cabinets, and wire management.Structured network cabling standards.Network hardware.NAS and SAN appliances.Virtual server technology.Redundant power (UPS systems).Environmental systems and monitoring.Data backup and archiving best practices, including disaster recovery planning.Exemplify the organization's core value.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time to our Wisconsin and North Carolina locations
