Salary: $175,000 - $195,000 per year

Based in Central Orange County - we are seeking an Operations Manager to align our site for success.

As our current leadership retires, we're seeking an experienced Operations leader to take the helm. This is an exciting opportunity to help our site continue to grow in central Orange County, California.

This position reports to the VP Operations on the East Coast and manages all the West Coast site operational team directly. The Operations Manager operates with a high level of autonomy and is ultimately responsible for plant performance, aligning cross-functional teams to maximize efficiency without sacrificing quality. Strong communication within the site and with the corporate team is of the utmost importance.

Experience in metal forming processes is required. Medical device experience is a big plus!

10+ years of proven plant management experience. BS Industrial Engineering or similar preferred.

Budgeting and forecasting experience is also required. An MBA or similar qualifications are highly desirable.

Manpower planning and production scheduling is a plus. We use SysPro.

Lean 6S experience is a must - and a black belt would be ideal.
