Accessibility Engineer

Job Description:

Location: Westlake, TX

Hybrid: 2 weeks per month in office

Fidelity Investments has an exciting Accessibility Engineer opportunity. As an Engineer you will be applying your expertise to analyze accessibility defects and promote accessible solutions.

The Expertise We re Looking For

• 2-5 years or equivalent consisting of Accessibility Testing

• Expert HTML Fundamentals including ARIA, accessible names, and semantic HTML techniques.

• Quality Engineering

• International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) Certification or equivalent on the job experience

• Proven experience conducting experience evaluations or audits for accessibility

• Solid Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

• Working knowledge of Axe semi-automated tools or equivalents

• Familiarity with test automation tools (Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress)

• Experience working with agile teams
