As a Global HR Manager at Liminal, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll and benefits management, and global compliance management. This role requires a dynamic and strategic HR professional who can effectively manage a diverse workforce spanning multiple countries and ensure adherence to all local and international labor laws and regulations. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance our employee experience, foster a positive workplace culture, and support our rapid growth and expansion.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
    • Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure the attraction, retention, and smooth onboarding of top talent.


Compensation and Benefits Management
    • Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company goals.


Global Compliance Management
    • Oversee global compliance management, ensuring adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and company policies across international offices.


HR Policy Development
    • Develop and implement HR policies and practices that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


Strategic HR Partnership
    • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and strategic priorities.


Employee Relations and Talent Development
    • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.


HR Technology and Systems Management
    • Ensure the effective use of HR technology and systems to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making.


Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
    • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees.


Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
    • 7+ years of experience in human resources or people operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including experience managing HR functions across multiple countries.
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR strategy development.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a track record of building strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Portuguese language skills a plus
