Summary Description :
As a Global HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and overseeing all aspects of human resources for Ataway, a dynamic and globally dispersed consulting organization comprising approximately 250 employees across 10+ countries. This position requires a strategic and hands-on approach to HR management to support our company's growth and success.

Collaborating with leadership and HR teams worldwide, you will identify local challenges and craft a strategic HR roadmap that aligns seamlessly with Ataway's mission and values.
Your responsibilities will encompass the prioritization, planning, resource allocation, and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs for each business unit. You will lead the implementation of these initiatives, build positive relationships with stakeholders, and foster high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Corporate culture :
    Embrace, advocate, and fortify Ataway's culture while helping develop successful behaviors in line with our core values.
  • Performance management :
    • Identify and address performance gaps, coordinate performance reviews, and conduct performance management workshops for both management and teams (communication, feedback, delegating...).
    • Evaluate existing performance management processes and propose improvements based on industry best practices.
  • Employee learning and development :
    Develop and execute employee development programs that identify intersections between employee interests, skills, abilities, and organizational needs to facilitate career development.
  • Employee engagement and experience :
    Organize team initiatives to promote team spirit and trust, inspire and motivate individual team members, and provide fresh insights and motivation for action and change.
  • Governance and compliance
    Facilitate compliance with legal and ethical obligations related to people management practices, maintaining appropriate HR procedures, and drafting and updating HR policies. Identify and develop measures to reduce compliance risks.
  • Compensation and benefits :
    Review compensation and benefits in each office and collaborate with representatives to propose improvements to existing packages.
  • HR innovation :
    Stay current with HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, innovative HR technologies, talent management, and employment law. Apply this knowledge to communicate policy and practice changes to upper management.
  • Problem solving :
    Collaborate with individuals and groups in an organization to explore options for resolving conflicts, issues or concerns, bring systemic concerns to the organization's attention for resolution.
  • Team management :
    Work with senior leadership to articulate a clear vision for the HR function in Ataway and implement the agreed-upon vision.
  • HRIS implementation :
    Lead the implementation of HRIS initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of human resource management experience, with a focus on HRIS and LMS implementation processes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in a small to mid-sized company, with an in-depth understanding of the consulting or professional services industry being a big plus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and high organizational and project skills.
  • Program Development: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
  • Leadership : Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proven change management experience in delivering high-impact programs in complex multicultural, multilingual environments.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem Solving: Hands-on experience in problem solving activities at different levels of complexity.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Certifications: professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
  • Language: Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • International Experience: International experience is a must.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: A strong background in working within diverse cultural environments, with the ability to facilitate and resolve cultural differences.
