Job Overview: Ampcus is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Director with a strong background in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of proven experience in generating incremental revenue, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving new business. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to effectively communicate Ampcus' value propositions, deliver on sales targets, and navigate complex client environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Generation: Lead efforts to increase revenue from existing clients and secure new business. Consistently meet or exceed annual sales goals through proactive engagement and strategic selling.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Interface directly with clients, developing a deep understanding of their unique challenges, culture, and organizational structure to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs and drive growth initiatives. Maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Actively prospect and generate leads within assigned territories/accounts, aligning with Ampcus' overall sales strategy. Develop and present Ampcus' capabilities to client executives and key decision-makers, showcasing our IT services and domain expertise.
  • Proposal Management: Coordinate with the proposal team on RFP opportunities, ensuring timely, targeted, and competitive responses that position Ampcus for success.
  • Market Research & Networking: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Ampcus' services and expand business opportunities.
  • Sales Tracking & Management Liaison: Utilize established reporting mechanisms to monitor and report on sales activities, ensuring transparency and accountability. Regularly communicate with designated management, providing updates on results, status, and new opportunities.
  • Service Knowledge & Communication: Maintain a deep understanding of Ampcus' service offerings, effectively communicating the value propositions and differentiators to clients. Draft and deliver communication to clients that support business development and client satisfaction.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews & Support: Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews, whether face-to-face or via teleconference, to maintain alignment with client goals and expectations. Support the candidate interview process as needed, ensuring that client requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Integrity & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in IT services sales.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Experience in managing complex client environments and navigating organizational hierarchies.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and apply insights to drive business growth.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Experience supporting BFSI or LifeSciences Clients will be a plus.
