Our ideal candidate has in-depth experience developing and producing both the feature and television space, live action and animation. The ideal candidate for this role must have a deep passion for PlayStation, film, and TV, as well as a strong business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and organizations.RESPONSIBILITIES

(but are not limited to):Oversee multiple projects in development and production, as well as a high volume of submissions and meetings.Read, analyze, and generate notes for projects in all stages of production.Collaborate with the legal department to ensure that all agreements and contracts are in place.Attend and participate in creative meetings.Evaluate and meet with new writers, directors, producers, and actors for use in PlayStation projects.Participate and run the annual budget for PlayStation Productions.Mentor and guide junior creative team members and assistants.Stay current on industry trends and developments; continuously look for new and innovative ways to develop and produce feature films.QUALIFICATIONSBA/BS Degree.5+ years of working as an executive in a studio or within a production company.Successful track record and expertise working in film and TV development and production.Accredited experience with a film and/or TV series.Established connections and network within the film and TV industry.Confident in locating, cultivating, and formulating ideas for new talent.Experience in effectively communicating with executives and members of the creative group.Skilled in handling multiple tasks and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.Please refer to our

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
