The Midlands region is currently turning over circa £100m and is on site with a number of different live developments. This role will form part of the senior leadership team in the region.The Regional Design Manager will lead and oversee design activities within the Midlands office, ensuring that all construction projects are designed to meet company standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance.This role involves managing a team of designers, project teams, and design managers, coordinating with other departments, and providing technical leadership to ensure that design solutions are innovative, cost-effective, and align with project goals.Must Have Experience:Worked for a Main Contractor in a similar roleProven as a Regional Design Manager / Head of Design / Design DirectorExperienced in managing a team of Design Managers / CoordinatorsSector Experience: Multi-Room, Leisure, Commercial & Logistics
