Application Engineer
for its office located in
Novi , Michigan. This is a Hybrid position with in-person engagement required for at least 2 days a week.
You will work in the technical team at ESTECO North America and be involved in primarily working on providing technical and application support in field of simulation-based design automation, optimization, and machine learning.
You will be able to:Provide application support for ESTECO's software platforms modeFRONTIER and VOLTAProvide support and guidance to customers on use of multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) strategies, optimization algorithms and design exploration strategiesProvide support and guidance to customers on use of Response Surface Modeling (RSM) technology, machine learning methods, advanced data analytics and statistical data analysisProvide support and guidance to customers in optimization problem formulation,and simulation model parameterizationProvide technical and application training to customers for the software platform andthe underlying mathematical methodsWhat we need to see:
2-4 years of relevant CAE/CFD/Optimization industry experienceBachelor's or Master's in Mechanical / Aerospace EngineeringBasic knowledge of Optimization and Machine Learning techniquesBasic knowledge of statistical data analysisInterest in problem solvingProactive attitude and willingness to learnPerks and benefits:
