Join us, and let’s power the future together!**Position: Regional Sales Director (Central Region)****Location: Central Region (ND, SD, MN, WI, IL, NE, KS, MO, IO, OK, TX, AR, LA, Mexico & Brazil)****Reporting To: Chief Sales Officer (CSO)****Work Environment: Home Office with approx. 50% travel**As an RSD at Astrodyne TDI, you’re more than a sales manager; you’re a key account manager, business developer, territory expert, rep leader, and the ultimate closer. You're the "face" of Astrodyne TDI, embodying our innovative, expert, reliable, supportive, and global brand ethos. With your finger on the pulse of the Central Region, you'll spearhead our mission to grow through strategic planning and relentless execution, ensuring our custom power conversion products are the go-to choice across the Industrial, Medical, Military, Aerospace, and Semiconductor markets.Your mission, should you choose to accept:Develop and execute a robust business plan to penetrate accounts, driving sales and opening doors to new opportunities within your territory.Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5 regional sales reps, ensuring targets are smashed and territories are thoroughly covered.Forge and nourish professional relationships with key accounts, becoming an indispensable resource and partner.Negotiate with confidence, preparing and recommending pricing strategies for management approval.Collaborate closely with Marketing and Engineering to craft compelling proposals that address customer needs and highlight our value proposition.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, proactively managing sales leads and ensuring any concerns are resolved swiftly.Use your influence to drive internal teams, ensuring customer needs are met, and revenue growth is achieved.What makes you the perfect fit?A Bachelor’s Degree is required; an Engineering degree is even better.5 to 10 years of proven sales experience within the territory, ideally in the Power Supply industry or EMI Filter sales.A well-established network within the Industrial, Medical, Military, Aerospace, and Semiconductor markets.An aggressive yet professional demeanor, combined with sales savvy and tenacity.Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to coach, inspire, and drive performance.Highly advanced communication skills, allowing you to negotiate and influence with tact and diplomacy.A willingness to travel extensively, driving new business and strengthening relationships.Astrodyne TDI is not just where you’ll work.
