What are we looking for in our Business Systems Analyst IV .Net RPA?
Role: .NET/ RPA (UI Path) DeveloperDuration: 18 Months ContractLocation: San Diego CA, Atlanta GA(Hybrid)Rate: $65-$70/hr. on W2 DOE
Duties:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Assist in analyzing processes and identifying optimization, standardization, and automation opportunities • Partner closely with Business Analysts and external partners to implement automation solutions • Assist in producing Process Design Document (PDD) and Solution Design Document (SDD) as inputs to RPA development • Design, build, test, implement, maintain and support RPA solutions to automate processes • Assist in the testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are error-free • Provide support for RPA solutions in production, including troubleshooting and issue resolution • Assist in training end users on using RPA solutions • Learn and interact with different enterprise systems that are used • Collaborate with internal IT team (t4i) to set up and maintain RPA technical infrastructure • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices pertaining to automation tools and continuously share knowledge with the team. • Learn and become proficient in new automation industry tools as they are adopted by the team to expand our solution offerings. • Collaborate with the Automation Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure alignment with best practices while delivering high-quality automation solutions. • Collaborate effectively with a team to achieve project objectives and help foster a cohesive, collaborative team culture that delivers results and drives innovation.
Skills:Knowledge of programming languages (Microsoft .NET framework preferred). • Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath framework and Workato. • Understanding of RPA development methodologies and COE model a plus. • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, ADP, iCIMS, etc.) preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to map out and document complicated processes and identify opportunities for optimization. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment even during times of ambiguity. • Solid time management skills, ability to prioritize assignments in a dynamic work environment. • Advanced Excel level, proficient with all other Office applications a plus. • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things.
