Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals.Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives.Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.Utilize data and metrics to optimize recruiting processes and improve hiring quality and efficiency.Enhance employer branding and candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure alignment on talent needs and recruitment strategies.Manage external recruiting agencies and vendor relationships.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership roles.Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to develop strong relationships and influence stakeholders.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
