MEP Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our new commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data centers and mission-critical facilities, and will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are designed, installed, and commissioned to the highest standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the design, installation, and commissioning of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for the projectEnsure that all systems meet the project specifications and are installed in accordance with industry standardsCoordinate with the project team to ensure that all MEP systems are integrated with the overall project designManage the MEP subcontractors and ensure that they are meeting project milestones and deadlinesDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts for the MEP systemsProvide technical expertise and guidance to the project team on all matters related to MEP systemsEnsure that all MEP systems are tested and commissioned to the highest standards, and that all necessary documentation is completedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in MEP design and construction for commercial construction projectsExperience in data centers and mission-critical facilitiesStrong knowledge of MEP systems and industry standardsProven track record of successful project managementExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse project teamProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferredBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Locations:
