The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes.
Responsibilities
AccountingPreparation of journal entries to record daily cash transactions and customer activityPreparation of journal entries to record operating cash transactions, accruals, etc.Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including accruals, prepaids, property, and intercompany accountsPreparation of daily reports for ManagementPreparation of daily and monthly reports for RegulatorsAssistance with tax return preparation, financial statement audit, and supporting schedulesCompletion of ad hoc project work such as automation of daily/monthly processes to improve efficiency and outputSupport Finance team with ad hoc work with

entitiesAssistance with various administrative tasks as neededTreasuryProcessing of deposits and withdrawals from customer accountsReview of cash reconciliations and processing journal entries related to cash movements and paymentsDaily reconciliations including debit card deposits and withdrawals, chargebacks, and connection errorsDaily reconciliation of clearing brokers and exchangesAccounts PayableManage Accounts Payable including purchase order creation, invoice review/submission, payment processingEnsure timely processing of vendor payments to keep accounts currentCommunicate with vendors regarding invoice issues or payment applications as necessaryMaintain supplier database keeping addresses, TINs and banking details currentBuild complete repository of vendor W9 formsContribute toward development of processes in Finance structure under

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance0-2 years professional work in finance, accounting and/or treasury; audit experience a plusStrong interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated, quick learner with excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while efficiently managing large amounts of dataFierce attention to details to follow procedures meticulously and correct mistakesProficient in Excel (v-lookup function and pivot tables) and WordExperience with crypto, FCMs (futures industry)/broker-dealers (securities industry) a plusLife @ Crypto.comEmpowered to think big.
