A law firm in Denver, Colorado, is seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Attorney to join its practice. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel on estate planning and trust administration matters, guiding clients through complex legal, financial, and tax-related issues. This role includes drafting estate documents, managing probate, and collaborating with financial and legal professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, including the drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.Assist clients with probate and trust administration, ensuring proper asset distribution and resolution of estate disputes.Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents to meet clients’ wishes and comply with applicable laws and regulations.Offer counsel on estate planning strategies, tax planning, and asset protection.Advise on charitable giving strategies and wealth transfer for high-net-worth clients.Prepare gift and estate tax returns and provide insights on tax implications related to estate planning.Assist clients in navigating probate procedures, from initial filing to asset distribution.Handle probate litigation matters, representing clients in estate-related disputes.Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized legal solutions and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.Collaborate with other attorneys, financial advisors, tax professionals, and fiduciaries to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary legal services.Handle complex estate planning scenarios for high-net-worth individuals, including real estate transactions, corporate, partnership, and individual tax matters.Requirements:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in trust and estate law.Strong knowledge of estate planning, tax laws, probate procedures, and trust administration.Proven experience in preparing gift and estate tax returns.Familiarity with charitable giving strategies and wealth transfer for high-net-worth clients.Ability to manage complex estate planning matters and probate litigation.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Experience with corporate, partnership, individual, or non-profit tax is a plus.Portable business is an added advantage but not required.Skills:

Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients.Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.High level of professionalism, client service, and ethical conduct.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team of legal and financial professionals.Education & Certifications:
