Provide legal counsel to digital health and life sciences companies on privacy and security matters.Advise on compliance with HIPAA and other relevant privacy and security regulations.Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to deliver comprehensive, actionable advice.Address emerging issues in data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.Represent clients in data breaches, investigations, and enforcement actions.Assist clients in navigating legal risks related to digital health technologies.Engage in client meetings and contribute to the development of legal strategies.Stay informed of evolving privacy and security laws and industry trends.Requirements
3-6 years of experience advising clients on privacy and security matters.Significant experience with HIPAA and privacy/security regulations.Prior experience working with technology companies is a plus.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Education & Certifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the California Bar or eligibility to waive in.Skills & Qualifications
Superior academic credentials.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.A demonstrated interest in helping clients achieve success and mitigate legal risks.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
