Lucasfilm Animation Ltd., the creators of the Emmy award-winning animation series “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” and the highly successful animation series “Star Wars Rebels,” “Star Wars Resistance,” “Star Wars: The Bad Batch,” “Tales of the Jedi” and “Tales of the Empire” are looking for a Production Coordinator who reflects the innovative spirit, creative talent, production excellence, collaborative mindset and passion for great filmmaking that defines Lucasfilm Ltd..This role is considered Hybrid, which means the employee will work onsite in our San Francisco office and occasionally from home.
The Production Coordinator will provide administrative support to the VP, Animation Production and two Supervising Directors as well as assist with day-to-day coordinating tasks within the pre-production, shot production and post production departments on multiple animated projects.What You’ll DoProvide the VP, Animation Production and two Supervising Directors with assistance to enable them to complete their work in a timely manner. This includes: managing calendars/schedules and adjusting meetings to accommodate priorities, arranging domestic travel and procuring/coordinating necessary items needed for international travel, creating presentations, and coordinating other key events
Prepare, submit and track expense reports for the VP, Animation Production and two Supervising Directors as well as other senior staff members as requested or assigned
Assist with Conferences as well as Speaker Engagements in the form of scheduling, arranging travel for all out of town guests, booking conference rooms, ordering meals, catering, and coordinating and assisting with other logistics such as entering guests into visitor kiosks and escorting guests
Provide administrative back-up to the production team including populating and tracking internal notes within proprietary database, keeping tracking reports up-to-date, facilitating and distribution of milestones across all departments
Package and ship crew gear and any other materials as needed
Order inventory, maintain and distribute office supplies appropriately
Assist with various event planning and coordination
Complete special projects as needed or requested
What We’re Looking ForBachelor's Degree in film, art, theatre, communications or related field, preferred
3+ years of experience in Animation Production required
Strong organizational and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work with diverse personalities and work styles
Capable of working independently and part of a team. High level of initiative, flexibility and confidentiality
Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently within a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines
Requires excellent administrative skills including word processing, strong working knowledge of G-Suite, Word and Excel; Project Management software experience is a plus
The hiring range for this position in San Francisco is $64,300 to $80,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
