Ideal candidates will have a strong background in representing employers on both a class and individual basis regarding various labor and employment issues, including wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements. Traditional labor (labor management) skills are a plus.
