If you enjoy transforming business processes in order to develop a new internal application which will improve the client experience, this is the perfect role for you!As a Senior Product Associate in the Set-Up & Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for structuring the core foundation workflow which enables end-to-end product configuration for client and product onboarding including rules and controls. You will be responsible for structuring a large amount of information within a process framework using a process/workflow software to create process models which can be simulated, executed and analyzed directly by the business. You will work with the team to find areas where performance or processes can be improved, and help them develop strategies to stay competitive in the business.Job responsibilities:Assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support workflow/process improvementsAssess and evaluate product needs, internal workflows and business processes.Analyze data, reports and create process maps, incorporating and providing recommendationsDrive the design and development of new solutions and make adjustments to development plans as needed to facilitate a successful new product rolloutEnsure the new solution is built in a modular/scalable way in order to build out the framework supporting all products and personasDocument business process modelling activities for future referenceMonitor detailed business analyses and collaborate with business and technology leaders to create new process designsInteract directly with a globally dispersed team of developers, create user stories and prioritize requirements with an agile approachIdentify issues and own resolutions end-to-endExamine emerging business best practices and technological developments that can help to automate and streamline processes to help businesses perform more efficientlyPartner with business stakeholders to determine the business goals that clients want to achieve with the workflowRequired qualifications, skills and capabilities:5 years of total professional experience1 year of product management experienceExperience and passion for developing new solutionsInnovative, curious and client-centric mindsetOwnership mentality with ability to breakdown barriers to achieve resultsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, report writing abilities, an aptitude for analyzing data, and great business acumenJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
