Join Sammons Financial Group as a HR Compensation Consultant on the HR Total Rewards Team. In this role, you'll report to the Manager of Compensation and Performance Management, collaborating with various HR and business departments. You'll be pivotal in developing and enhancing the company's compensation strategies, acting as an expert in job architecture, compensation analysis, job grade administration, and incentive plans. The role involves creating equitable and competitive compensation plans, keeping abreast of market trends, and aligning compensation with business strategies.

Key responsibilities include advising on compensation philosophy, developing job architecture frameworks, conducting job evaluations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and analyzing compensation trends for internal equity and market competitiveness

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in Human Resources or Business Management preferred
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, with experience in designing, implementing and administering job architecture preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office software; UKG experience a plus
- Advanced skills in Compensation with excellent consulting and influencing abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving, multitasking and shifting priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible way and the ability to engage and exchange ideas
- Knowledgeable in HR practices with ability to analyze, interpret and apply data to decision making
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Affiliation with HR networks and progress towards certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CCP preferre
