How will you affect the business?

  • Establishing Carrier Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with insurance carriers to ensure that our clients have access to the best coverage options available in the market.
  • Facilitating Smooth Insurance Carrier Transactions: Serve as the primary point of contact between our brokerage and insurance carriers, facilitating smooth transactions and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Proactive Communication: Keep our team informed of any updates, changes, or opportunities provided by insurance carriers, ensuring that we can provide timely and accurate information to our clients.
  • Analyzing Production and Loss Ratios: Utilize analytical tools and software to conduct in-depth analyses of production and loss ratios, providing valuable insights to our team and clients.
  • Maintaining Data Integrity: Regularly update and maintain our database with accurate information regarding insurance carriers, policies, and contacts to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Supporting Producers and Staff: Act as a resource for producers and staff members, providing guidance and assistance on insurance carrier-related questions and inquiries.
  • Collaborating on Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with team leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing our partnerships with insurance carriers and expanding our market presence.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in a carrier liaison or similar role.
