We are seeking a Business Development Associate for our Insurance Services company, Superior Insurance Partners, who will play a critical role in generating leads and building a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities. The candidate will join a highly collaborative and motivated team in a high growth environment with substantial opportunity to create value for all involved. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a strong desire and passion for sales and business development, and a great goal-oriented attitude.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads for the company through cold calling effortsOutbound prospect qualification and account researchManage and maintain prospect database ensuring accuracy and integrityBuild deep pipeline of future acquisition opportunitiesWork closely with business development team to generate and qualify new leads as well as closing transactionsAssist in marketing campaigns for Superior Insurance ServicesManage outbound mailing program and track response ratesAssist in additional administrative tasks as neededBe a team player in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environmentRequired Criteria:

Experience cold and warm calling small business ownersExperience in an inside sales role, or strong desire to move into salesPrior experience within an insurance organization is a plusAbility to communicate, both written and orally, with a leadership approachExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong leadership and communication skillsResults-oriented, strategic thinker and plannerComfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environmentLocal to the Greater Chicago, IL areaPreferred Criteria:

Insurance Services industry, or multi-site company experience
