Intralox, L.L.C., the world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, is looking for an energetic, self-motivated person to join its global Manufacturing Operations group as a Business Analyst. This position will be responsible for analysis on strategic projects, capacity planning, developing & reporting metrics, and empowering business leaders to make data driven decisions. You will report directly to the Manufacturing Improvement Team Manager and work closely with independent and cross-functional groups across the Company.

Responsibilities:

Work with Analysts across Manufacturing (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Assembly, and Procurement) to refine and report on operating metricsMaintain production metrics and the Power BI model so that production teams have up to date informationLeverage data and work with Manufacturing Supervisors and Leaders to help them make good business decisionsLabor content analysis and optimization across Injection Molding and AssemblyProvide analytical support for strategic projects, such as new facilities, new IT systems, manufacturing methods, labor optimization, and inventory & replenishment strategiesDevelop justifications for capital investments on capacity, automation, and systemsManufacturing process optimization - continuous improvement focusDraft and present department update presentationsManage and Update data systems and data tablesAssist with the development and maintenance of BI Reporting ModelsRequirements:

1-3 Years' Experience in Manufacturing, Investment Banking, Consulting or CodingDegree Required. Business, Engineering, Data Science, or Computer Science Degree PreferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including VBA Required; Power BI Experience PreferredExperience with ERP, specifically Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Preferred; Preference given to those with Warehouse Management, MRP, Advanced Supply Chain Planning experienceSelf-Starter - does not need to be told what to do once expectations are setPrincipled thinking with eye towards simplification and continuous improvementMust be extremely organized, detail oriented with a high attention to accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; works well in a team environmentExperience leading diverse teams, including members from global business departments and vendors preferredHybrid position with a combination of remote and on site workEOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
