This is an in-office position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Ensure the office is well-maintained and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and market relevant products.This is a sales and service role. You will talk on the phone, text, email, and speak face to face, so if the thought makes you cringe, this job isn't for you.QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listeningExperience in customer service requiredExperience in managing customer service preferredExperience in sales preferredProactive in problem-solvingAble to work in and a team environmentExperience in Windows computer applications, Salesforce, CRM systemCoordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.Able to succeed in a fast-paced environmentAble to obtain Property and Casualty License within 30 daysAble to obtain a Life and Health License within 60 daysCompensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
