Oversee the daily operations of the office.Provide high level customer service relating to customers insurance needs.Manage office staff and delegate tasks.Ensure a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence.Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.Coordinate with other departments to support agency operations.QUALIFICATIONS:
