Job Details

As our Commercial Development Manager for our proprietary technology based Inventory Management system (RNI), you will drive the growth and success of our consignment inventory management program. You will be pivotal in expanding RNI adoption, working closely with customers, manufacturer partners, and internal teams to refine and promote our technology solutions. Your role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of RNI initiatives, from market analysis and strategy development to implementation and product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

RNI Expertise & Adoption:

Serve as a subject matter expert in presenting RNI’s value to customers and manufacturers.

Lead cross-functional teams through onboarding large-scale RNI installations.

Negotiate contracts and clarify business terms for new RNI customers.

Generate leads, track sales activities, and maintain pipeline status in CRM.

Program Development:

Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and product demos.

Develop strategies to grow underperforming accounts and communicate product enhancements.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor initiatives.

Support New Product Development by providing market insights and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or Supply Chain preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in healthcare sales or marketing with a focus on supply chain management, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.

Verifiable examples of the following:

o Experience and ability growing healthcare technology-based business.

o Experience evangelizing new technology concepts and influencing C-Level decision makers to purchase and adoption.

Skills:

Advanced negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Expertise in managing complex customer relationships and projects.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation development.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations and automated medication dispensing systems.

Experience with large-scale projects and integrating new technologies in healthcare settings.
