www.itt.com .Responsabilit essenziali:Role scope:The Sales Data Analysis & Program Management Office (SDA&PMO) Representative will manage daily reports for several stakeholders (Sales, PM, R&D, High Management, Others). She/He reinforce and develop (with the team she/he belongs to) processes intra-functional and will be responsible to guarantee the proper execution inside the organization.Guarantee on time delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports to different stakeholders (mainly to Sales, PM and R&D Department). These reports are linked to orders trends, forecast trends, process KPIs, customers performance and their impact on ITT Friction growthGuarantee a quick and accurate response to ad-hoc requirements coming from the high management linked to the topic aboveGuarantee accurate management of internal tools for which SDA&PMO is the process owner (bid flow, forecasting updates, project portfolio management )Support the integration of new tools and process in line with the business needsRequisiti di posizione:Qualification / Requirements:Master Degree in Business or Technical related disciplinesProfessional use of MS Office toolsAbility to work with different prioritiesTeamworkStrong attitude to interpersonal relationshipsExcellent analytical skills, problem solving and proactivity.What do we offer?We are known for using our Impeccable character, Bold thinking and Collective know-how to provide our customers with highly engineered solutions to complex problems.
