December 2021SUPERVISES:There are direct reports with this position.POSITION SUMMARY:Under minimal supervision the Document Production Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, monitoring performance and customer relationship.TYPICAL DUTIES:1. *Ensure team provides outstanding service to client, while building strong customer relationships2. *Ensure staff meets performance objectives, including establishing development goals, setting business objectives, establishing priorities and providing ongoing performance feedback.3. *Address performance issues amongst team members.4. *Resolve issues proactively, and escalates appropriate issues to manager, client or team for resolution.5. *Maximize profitability through effective utilization of labor and resources.6. *Execute required administrative reports, activities, processes related to the people and/or production both on time and in accordance with appropriate standards of operation.7. *Exemplify proper professional expectations for team members when dealing with client requesters and client work requests.8. *Foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client; encourages staff to bring forward ideas to help service quality and/or productivity.9. *Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.10. *Have a strong knowledge clients businesses and the impact of our services11. *Ensure adherence to standardized processes for all aspects of operations12. *May train more junior staff members, as needed Job qualifications*Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.*

Denotes Essential Job FunctionMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree preferred or 3 or more years demonstrated relevant experienceAbility to work independently and collaboratively.Ability to work flexible schedules to support projects.Knowledge of Cal OSHA, OSHA occupational safety and environmental regulations;Human relations skills to maintain effective relationships with others and work in a team environment;Knowledge of spreadsheet, and word processing programs, Visio, CAD;Fundamental mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division;Oral and written communication skills to provide factual and procedural information, and to understand and follow instructions;Flexibility to respond to changing work priorities and handle multiple requests at the same time;Demonstrated common sense skills.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors DegreeCERTIFICATES REQUIRED:?The following licenses or certificates may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements:Valid Driver's License?PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance:Viewing computer screen/monitorKeyboardingAnswering phone/making calls?WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work is performed in a business office or light industrial environment.
