As a Lead Account Manager, you’ll collaborate with key Federal clients, refine our subject matter expertise, and connect it with emerging client needs. **Since this role will require a hybrid work arrangement, ideal candidates will have proximity to our DC Metro area offices and client sites.

What you will be doing
:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive growth, client satisfaction, and quality in Federal climate and energy programs.
Engagement:
Interact with clients, stakeholders, and partners to understand programmatic needs and showcase ICF’s capabilities.
Thought Leadership:
Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative solutions aligned with program goals.
Project Oversight:
Monitor project delivery teams, ensuring client satisfaction and cross-project connections.
Business Development:
Identify and qualify new Federal contract opportunities.
Brand Recognition:
Enhance ICF’s reputation among key Federal stakeholders through strategic advice and marketing efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in sciences, environmental fields, engineering, business, or related disciplines. (Master’s degree a plus)
12+ years of relevant experience in Federal climate and energy programs, specifically
DOE and EPA
.
Demonstrated expertise in relevant aspects of climate and energy programs.
Demonstrated track record in writing winning proposals and successful client engagement
Strong emotional intelligence, critical thinking, creativity, and integrity.

Pay Range
- There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$141,092.00 - $239,856.00
