They are known for their proactive communication and integrity, which drive successful project outcomes and long-term client satisfaction.DescriptionCollaborate with the Estimating/Pre-Con Director to develop accurate conceptual and bid proposal estimates.Gather, calculate, and compile data for use in estimates, ensuring precision and reliability.Maintain up-to-date pricing information from suppliers and contractors through direct contact, written materials, sales brochures, and price lists.Prepare routine estimates under general supervision, ensuring all data is accurate and comprehensive.Contribute to the smooth transition from pre-construction to construction phases by providing detailed and reliable estimates.ProfileBachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related experience (flexibility on experience).Proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, and Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM software is encouraged.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure the accuracy of estimates.Job OfferWork-Life Balance:
