The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of California with a minimum of 3 years of experience in employment matters, including wage and hour, PAGA, and FSLA. Prior employment litigation experience is required.This role involves extensive client contact and the primary responsibilities include:Conducting substantive witness interviewsManaging discoveryTaking and defending depositionsRegularly appearing and defending motions in courtCase managementDrafting of dispositive motions, including demurrers, anti-SLAPP, motions for judgment and motions for summary judgementTrial, mediation, or other dispute resolution processes experience is preferred, but is not required.
