Responsibilities:
Assists in writing proposals and establishing financial budgetsPerforms project contract drawing reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.)Attends pre-construction meetings and document discussionsReviews and reports on project mock-upsPerforms periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action itemsPerforms field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.)Assists in small project management and coordinationAssists in building condition assessments, concrete restoration, and building enclosure related projectsParticipates in continuing educationPerforms various office related tasksQualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related fieldPursuing registration either as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is a plusGeneral knowledge of Building Science principles or Building Envelope components is a plusExperience as a Building Envelope Consultant and/or Trade Expert is a plusOrganizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projectsAbility to work in a team environmentStrong customer service commitmentExcellent communication and written skills in EnglishProfessional attitude with a strong commitment to succeedStrong work ethicMust have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicleComprehensive Benefits to meet the needs of you and your family:
