Responsible for various tasks and projects to enhance their experience in the Civil engineering field utilizing their education.Essential functions and responsibilitiesEnter data into systemsMake edits and updates to existing engineering drawings and projectsCoordinate new small-scale projectsAssemble data and researchAssist with administrative dutiesProvide input on solutions to problems using basic theories and engineering fundamentalsAssist with layout and design of routine small and medium-sized engineering projectsDevelop and prepare specificationsEvaluate equipment and materialMaintain accurate and current project documentation
Nonessential functions and responsibilitiesPerform other related duties as assigned
Required Experience
Full time student in Civil engineering
Qualifications preferredCoursework in related fieldPrevious internship experience
Working ConditionsWork is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking.
