to join our growing Primary Care Practice in East Peoria, Illinois.Position Details Include:Outpatient clinic that provides Primary Care, Walk-In, and Occupational Health servicesClinic hours are Mon - Fri from 8 AM - 6 PMJoin an established practice with other Advanced Practice Providers and dedicated support staffAverage number of patients per day is 18 - 35Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordinationLocated on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public-school districtsCarle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibilityEducation Requirements:Master's degree in Nursing or Physician AssistantLicensure/Certification Requirements:Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensureWill need to become DOT certified within the first 3 months from hire date
