This role is the perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll be responsible for driving our people-first culture, crafting policies, and handling all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Operations:

Own the seamless onboarding of new employees, manage HRIS system administration, maintain accurate employee records, implement HR processes, and partner with team members on day-to-day HR needs.Policy Champion:

Develop, update, and communicate clear HR policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Trusted Advisor:

Coach managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and professional growth. Conduct effective and thorough investigations when necessary.Benefits Expert:

Administer employee benefits, manage open enrollment, and collaborate with providers to deliver outstanding benefits.Strategic Partner:

Collaborate with the leadership team to champion employee engagement initiatives, create workforce planning strategies, and ensure alignment between business goals and our people practices.Learning & Development:

Develop and deliver training and retention programs to staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.3+ years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role.Demonstrated knowledge of federal and New Mexico employment laws and regulations.Proficient in HRIS system management; Rippling strongly preferred.Flexible to support across all People functions as needed (hiring, etc).Experience operating successfully in a growth environment.Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.Experience in a healthcare setting; ABA strongly preferred.What We Offer:Competitive compensation package and benefits.The chance to shape a growing organization dedicated to transforming lives.A collaborative, mission-driven, and technology-infused work environment.Opportunity for professional development and growth within the HR field.Schedule:This is a hybrid position in Denver, Colorado, approximately 25% travel to Las Cruces, New Mexico is required.If you're ready to join our mission and help Frontera Health build the future of ABA, we want to hear from you.We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
