Salary Range:
$70,000 - $110,000/y
Full Time Role
Qualifications Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve warehouse performance objectives by establishing daily management methods; define cost saving, productivity, and service level improvement opportunities; measure performance, analyze opportunities, and improve control performance to establish outstanding customer satisfaction.
Maintain receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations by enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures.
Communicate closely with internal and external warehouse customers and report to management.
Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements; enforce adherence to requirements; advise management on needed actions.
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures.
Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Coach, counsel, and discipline employees; plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
Contribute to North America BU level projects as needed.
Experience:
Warehouse/Logistics: 4 years (Required)
Language:
Mandarin or Chinese (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
Los Angeles, CA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
