Health Bridge Management LLC (Under the CareOne umbrella) - (Acute Rehab Skilled Nursing Facilities) - We are hiring for an experienced Vice President of Business Development to join our team.

This candidate will report to the Concord MA facility (also VP of HR) - oversee the 16 locations we have in Massachusetts.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Health Administration.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years in Sales Management experience in a healthcare related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify.

Responsibilities:

Set objectives and goals for the Regional Marketing Team.

Assist in the development and maintenance of the marketing and education plan.

Effectively manage and motivate Marketers/Community Liaisons.

Develop new business and expand existing business throughout assigned areas.

Represent the Company at community organizations' events and business functions.

Provide in-service programs to hospital and skilled nursing facility staff, physicians, community groups, and others as directed.

Coordinate all marketing and promotional activities, including meeting and traveling with other marketing department personnel and Administrators (if necessary).

Visit facilities for Service Review meetings, in-service educational programs, and Quality Assurance as needed.

Project philosophy of care and advocacy for the patients and families.

Project philosophy and goals in all job-related roles.

Participate in staff development activities, program meetings, and attend off-site conferences as needed.

Participate in strategic planning meetings and is instrumental in developing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets.

Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements which impact marketing efforts and goals of the community.

Participate in performance improvement activities.

Monitor progress toward accomplishing marketing and educational goals.

Review census data and HPMS reports.

Meet budgeted census goals.

Create necessary forms for reporting.
