Louis Vuitton is seeking a high caliber, commercially minded, and agile

Regional Merchandising Manager

with a proven track record of driving the vision and strategy for Merchandising initiatives across a large scale, fast-paced business.

As a key business partner reporting directly to the Regional Vice President and based in San Francisco, you will devise and execute the Merchandising strategy for the

Pacific Northwest Region , identify opportunities to maximize sales and achieve financial targets, and lead key projects and business priorities while also contributing to the overall Merchandising strategy of Louis Vuitton Americas.

Profil

As a Louis Vuitton Regional Merchandising Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. The Regional Merchandiser is responsible for executing IVA's product priorities and merchandising strategy for each category, tailoring to the stores in their region. Primary functions include: leading product initiatives and launches, ensuring all stakeholders deliver on expectations; setting targets, analyzing sales at region and store level and proposing results-oriented actions to achieve objectives liaising with corporate merch and stores, sharing regular product feedback and market opportunities while streamlining information to ensure impact.

Business Driver

Identifies action plans with RVP, Store Directors/Managers and teams to maximize opportunities, focus on ST and minimize risks.

Ensures business is growing by gender, by category.

Monitor progress to business goals by category, highlighting major misses, building TY vs LY through thoughtful calendar mgmt.

Improve business acumen in Region, identifying and training teams on impactful drivers of business performance.

Identifies needs – VM, Training, Clienteling, and assists in organizing said levers with/for the store and Out of Offer Product requests (prioritizing and cutting through the noise for region).

Regional Merchandising Support

Supports launch and focus planning and execution throughout the year.

Bubbles up recurring themes/issues and liaises with corporate merchants and stores for continuous improvement.

Follow up with all stores to ensure Newsletter content for Merchandising is being realized in store.

Provide monthly written feedback to Corporate Merchandising team on new launches and cluster assortment requests, based on client feedback. Actively participate on regularly scheduled calls, providing valuable input to topics raised.

Partners on content and animation of Sales Meeting’s; inclusive of the take back to stores.

In-store Animation

Follow up with store teams on goals: help identify & realize success by co-creating action plans with store managers to drive success.

In store regularly to share/update/ensure all product launches and initiatives are in play consistently throughout all stores.

Organizes metro kick offs/store meetings for key topics (ex: 4 Transversal collections a year/per gender, Shoe pre-collections, Key LG/Acc. launches).

Hosts morning debriefs with teams as needed.

Product knowledge trainings in close partnership with training team (ex: RTW, WJ, Hard-sided, MTO, MyPerso, MTO Shoes).

Other Support

Aggregates and elevates Supply Chain opportunities regarding stock levels, pull backs (both ongoing and during holidays), event support and high traffic/peak selling periods. Action on key Corporate call-outs for region.

Be the local high end/luxury expert, providing market expertise and competitive feedback to LVA Merchandising team.

Event support, coordination and execution, ex: OON.

Physical in-store support during peak times.

The appointed candidate will be offered an annual rate within the range of USD $120,000 - $135,000 plus the opportunity for commission, various paid time off programs*, two retirement plans both with employer contributions*, and employee discount/perks. *Pending hours worked.
