Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, from an accredited institution.Strong capability in Logistics, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Quality, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales Operations, and Safety.Six Sigma Green Belt, preferred. Or other Lean Manufacturing certifications.High level of Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).Able to pass a drug test and background check.Experience

Responsible for driving the successful execution of programs that will enhance profitability and productivity in designated areas of responsibility.Responsible for meeting established internal and external processes and KPI’s for the support areas and for their measurement and effectiveness.Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective cross-functional and cross-business unit strategies and processes.Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and people designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.Ensure that company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures to meet operational and financial targets.Hire, motivate and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit and retain members of the team; provide effective coaching for optimal performance.Communicate effectively and proactively with all stakeholders.Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize throughput with gained efficiencies.Conduct meaningful proactive analysis using Six Sigma to improve key business processes.Company Description
