509972Job Summary:Tatum by Randstad is recruiting for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing and innovative Managed Healthcare Organization that is based in San Francisco, CA. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning & budgeting, forecasting, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and data analysis as needed by leadership. The Senior Financial Analyst will also collaborate with various cross-functional teams in support of strategic plans, budgets and forecasts, and provide a clear understanding of results.This contract engagement is an immediate need and could be a contract-to-hire role for the right candidate!Work Environment:
Hybrid with 2 days onsite at San Francisco HQCompensation:
$47/hr. to $57/hr., with flexibility based on experience.Job Type:

5 YearsResponsibilities:Develop, prepare, and present specialized reports, forecasts, profitability analysis, cost benefit analysis, other ad-hoc projects, and financial models.Perform month-end closing process to analyze actual vs. budgets/forecasts, provide variance analysis, research financial irregularities, and use the analysis to develop meaningful financial reporting.Review and approve purchase requisitions, headcount requests, capital spending against budgets and forecasts, etc.Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate budgets and forecasts into business review; lead monthly financial review meetings with executive management.Responsible for designing, revising, and monitoring internal performance metrics such as key performance indicators and reporting on those metrics periodically.Identify various operational improvement opportunities as measured by profit growth; drive performance and implement approved plans.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's Degree and/or CPA preferred.5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis.Experience working within a publicly traded high-tech company required.Previous experience preparing ad-hoc analysis utilizing Excel and Power BI (or similar tools).Excel modeling experience required.Ability to analyze commercial financial data and prepare management reports utilizing various analytical tools; excellent modeling skills required.If you are looking to join an amazing company where you will be instrumental in developing world-class reporting and drive process improvements within the Finance function, this could be your next position.Qualified candidates please click or email resume in MS Word format to mark.hunter@tatum-us.com for immediate consideration.Equal Opportunity Employer:
