1065093Job DetailsJob Summary:Our client, a global leader in the investment management industry, has an immediate need for a Senior Desktop Support Technician on a contract basis. This role will be onsite in downtown San Francisco Monday through Friday. No remote work is allowed for this position. Candidates must have proven experience providing white glove technical support to VIPs and C level end users.Job Type:

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities:Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN/WAN connectivity, Operating Systems, and provides end users support for all LAN-based applications.Recommends and schedules repairs.Installs and configures workstations.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experienceSkills:Desktop Support (5 years of experience is required)LAN/WANActive DirectoryEqual Opportunity Employer:
