Client Success Director

The Director of Client Success will serve as a day-to-day single point of contact for clients as a resource and advisor in all areas of human resource matters including but not limited to implementation, payroll, new hire onboarding, termination, employee handbook creation, training, software expertise, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The responsibilities include:

Continually analyzing client needs to develop appropriate Human Resources, Training, and Benefit offerings to increase client satisfaction and retention to enhance business performance.

Ensuring a smooth onboarding and implementation experience for new clients and newly hired employees.

Acting as the client’s single point of contact and liaising with internal EMPLOVA departments for matters related to WC, EPLI, payroll, retirement, reporting, and other related areas.

Conducting live and webinar-based trainings for employees during client onboarding and annual open enrollment, as well as client trainings related to EMPLOVA’s platform usage and procedures.

Knowledge of and ability to explain and provide guidance on clients’ payroll, benefit billing, reporting, and best practices in operations.

Identifying process improvement possibilities and participating in improvement efforts, sharing best practices and ideas across practices.

Coaching clients on employee relations matters including employee concerns, management of performance issues, exit strategies, and selected recognition.

Providing vision and expertise to relevant programs/policies, and developing healthy respectful client working relationships.

Managing and supporting the Sales team by providing technology demonstrations for clients and prospects on services, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, performance management, recruiting, screening, and selection services.

Fostering relationships with Clients and Brokers.

Working with the Marketing department in creating and finalizing new marketing content to be used for clients and potential clients.

Ensuring accurate processing of client payrolls in accordance with specified deadlines.

Setting up and ongoing maintenance of Time and Attendance platform.
