Sales Director

This role will lead/manage the nine Regional Account Managers.Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Requirements and Qualifications

Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.Successful previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director.Experience in managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Understanding of common sales techniques and theory, including sales funnel.Persuasive and goal-oriented.Eager to expand the company with new sales and clients.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.College degree or commensurate experience.Travel - 60%-80%.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
