Overview

As our AAE Sales Recruiting Manager, you will partner with our sales leaders and recruiters to help recruit passionate, driven talent to join our world-class sales organization.

You will have high visibility and a direct impact on mentoring our recruiters and scaling our sales teams for current and future offices, and working in collaboration with high-impact teams.

This position is on-site in San Mateo, CA HQ.

Responsibilities

Partner with the sales and recruiting leadership team to drive the overall success of the team.

Mentor, manage and scale a team of early career Recruiting Associates to deliver excellent performance, develop their recruiting expertise, and facilitate their professional development to grow their careers at Verkada.

Value creativity, innovation, collaboration and process amongst your team and the organization.

Own and run the university recruiting operations for the Associate Account Executive Program across all offices. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with the schools year over year.

Partner with Leadership across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to achieve and surpass targets.

Use data to evaluate, analyze and optimize current hiring processes and present hiring data and insights to Leadership.

Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving creative initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels.

Requirements

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

2+ years of leadership experience.

2+ years of university recruiting experience is a plus.

Experience in sales or business recruiting is a plus.

Ability to develop recruiters through coaching, mentorship, and guidance to support their career growth and advancement.

Experience in partnering, influencing and driving change with senior level management.

Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels.

Experience thriving and prioritizing in an ever-changing environment.

Knowledge of Greenhouse (ATS) & GoodTime.io (not required, but nice to have).

This role is based in San Mateo, CA (HQ), Salt Lake City, UT, Austin, TX, or Phoenix, AZ.

The role is in-person five days a week and will require travel to other offices and recruiting events.
